Account Manager

Position DescriptionWe are seeking senior commercial leaders with a passion for developing long-term relationships and a panache for growing wallet share with a portfolio of customers.  Serving as the primary point of contact, Account Managers are the frontline of flawless on-boarding, managing the transition of newly acquired members to fully operational with our workforce analytics platform – TDX. They translate customer needs into a service operating plan to ensure all stakeholders are delighted by excellent service that leads to contract renewals and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Brightfield. Account Managers orchestrate customer interactions with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Brightfields solutions.
