Alan Ginsberg is the Chief Customer Officer at Brightfield where he leads all customer facing teams and is responsible for the company’s focus on delivering outstanding customer value. Alan is a Customer Success leader with 15+ years experience building world class customer success functions at enterprise SaaS businesses. He was previously Chief Customer Officer at Conductor, a leading marketing intelligence SaaS company and served as Vice President, Customer Success for the Oracle Marketing Cloud and Vice President of North America Customer Success at Responsys (NASDAQ: MKTG) until the company was acquired by Oracle in April 2014 for $1.6 billion.
Alan also held roles as Director of North American Marketing for Cartesis, a $100 million global financial software company, COO of a startup web services business and co-founder of a knowledge management software company. Alan started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he became a manager in the firm's Business Consulting practice and managed marketing efforts for the firm’s first major online initiative.
