Alan Ginsberg, Chief Customer Officer

Alan Ginsberg is the Chief Customer Officer at Brightfield where he leads all customer facing teams and is responsible for the company’s focus on delivering outstanding customer value. Alan is a Customer Success leader with 15+ years experience building world class customer success functions at enterprise SaaS businesses. He was previously Chief Customer Officer at Conductor, a leading marketing intelligence SaaS company and served as Vice President, Customer Success for the Oracle Marketing Cloud and Vice President of North America Customer Success at Responsys (NASDAQ: MKTG) until the company was acquired by Oracle in April 2014 for $1.6 billion.  He also held roles as Director of North American Marketing for Cartesis, a $100 million global financial software company, COO of a startup web services business and co-founder of a knowledge management software company. Alan started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he became a manager in the firm's Business Consulting practice and managed marketing efforts for the firm’s first major online initiative.
