Sarah is responsible for developing new business, expansions, and new partnerships. With a 15+ tenure of successfully designing global extended workforce programs, Sarah helps customers leverage data intelligence to inform workforce strategy, effectively manage workforce mix, achieve cost savings, performance goals and innovate the way they manage their extended workforce

Prior to Brightfield, Sarah was the Vice President of Client Services for IQNavigator - a private equity-backed Vendor Management Solution (VMS) SaaS organization. Sarah was successful in designing and implementing global programs for various customers, including customers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Sarah was accountable for successfully transforming the client service delivery model to service customers across various industries and geographies, as well as leading a global Client Services organization of $30 Mn in revenue.  

Well before understanding the future depth and breadth of the extended workforce and the role she would play in the space, Sarah wrote her graduate thesis on the impacts of Offshoring on the American IT industry. As self-induction to Brightfield, a New York-headquartered company, Sarah ran through all five boroughs of New York City, as she completed the New York City Marathon.
