Marissa Fattorini

Marissa is responsible for managing the operations of Brightfield’s account management team while also serving as the primary relationship manager for partner and corporate clients.

Prior to joining Brightfield, Marissa held multiple customer success and account management leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group and Advisory Board, developing particular expertise in three key operational areas: launching new SaaS customer success models, operationalizing strategic account management structures, and establishing trusted client relationships to drive commercial outcomes.

While at UnitedHealth Group, Marissa designed and managed a new SaaS platform 30-day pilot that resulted in a 92% conversion rate for new sales and was recognized in 2017 with the inaugural Strategic Accounts Impact Award for outstanding performance in communication, sales, client services and renewal management.  

Marissa loves spending time with her two daughters and a very barky pomimo named Murphy and one of her most valued photos is from September 1st 2001 when she reluctantly went to the top of the World Trade Center.
