Noah Rosenberg is the CFO of Brightfield. Noah is responsible for finance, sales operations, investor relations, and administrative operations for the business. Noah is a seasoned SaaS executive with deep expertise in developing integrated financial, operational reporting, and general management for growing businesses.
Prior to Brightfield, Noah was the CFO of Interfolio - a private equity-backed education technology company that provides HR technology to high education. Noah helped Interfolio achieve its true scale and led the successful acquisition of Interfolio by Insight Venture Partners for $110 Mn in 2018.
Noah began his career working in and eventually managing CEB’s CFO Practice which he grew to more than $20 million in recurring revenues. In this role, he worked with the CFOs of large, global corporations to improve their budgeting and forecasting processes and overall talent development. After CEB he moved over to the Advisory Board Company, where he was a founding member of the management team that launched the education practice, EAB. At EAB, Noah was responsible for growing and launching several successful businesses serving higher education. While at EAB, Noah secured a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to partner with several not-for-profit institutions to conduct a detailed analytical analysis to quantify the drivers of cost in higher education. Noah served as the CFO of Flat World; a Bessemer backed SaaS growth company where he completed multiple fundraises running FP&A, Accounting, HR and Investor Relations.
Noah received a BS from Brown University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He currently lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two young children.
