Recruiter
Position Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR department and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions for current openings
- Maintain a comprehensive list of job descriptions for all roles and update job descriptions as necessary (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
- Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Designing and implementing employee referral programs
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
- Report to hiring managers and Brightfield executives on the status of open positions
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Determine qualification criteria for each position
- Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
- Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Monitor and maintain Brightfield’s employer brand on job boards and social media sites
- Work closely with the HR Consultant from our professional employer organization
- Help new hires onboard
Must Have Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter for a fast-growing software or data analytics company
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
- Ability to organize skills assessment techniques (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples, IQ/EQ tests)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
- Experience implementing or working with Greenhouse ATS
