SaaS Help Desk Analyst

Position Description
At Brightfield, the customer experience is everything.  Help Desk Analysts are the face of Brightfield and critical to ensuring positive interactions when customers need support for our market-leading Talent Data Exchange (TDX) SaaS platform.  TDX is a business-to-business (B2B) application with end-users from some of the largest and most prominent companies in the world.

In this role you’ll support business end-users via email and phone-based communication and have extensive interaction with internal teams such as engineering, customer success specialists, product management, and training to deliver exceptional and seamless customer experiences.  We’re looking for an individual with a passion for customer service and problem solving, and a desire to develop a software-centric career path.

Requires 3+ years of experience in software-based help desk operations, customer success, or other customer-facing roles.  Ideal candidates will also have domain expertise with human capital related software, such as: workforce analytics, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or HR Information Systems (HRIS).   This role reports to the head of the Customer Success team.
