Who we are

DATA STEWARDS. MODEL BUILDERS. PROBLEM SOLVERS.

Since 2006, Brightfield has enjoyed a comradery among some of the most forward-thinking and passionate professionals in extended workforce management. As consultants, our mission was to elevate the state of the art, create standards, measure performance, and help large, global enterprises build the processes and underlying infrastructures required to operate procure-to-pay programs globally.

In 2014, Brightfield announced the birth of the Talent Data Exchange (TDX) and began offering subscriptions for purchase in 2016. No longer in the consulting game, Brightfield focuses all energy on TDX products and ensuring customers know how to get the most out TDX outputs. Today, Brightfield AI has been trained on the transactional data of over 500 global organizations with annual spend ranging from $50M to $3B+. Brightfield is backed by Sapphire Ventures, Mission OG, and Telescope Partners.
