Our mission is to empower organizations with the data and intelligence they need to make smarter, more precise workforce decisions—unlocking transparency, accountability, and measurable savings across the extended workforce.
Brightfield leverages proprietary, transaction-level data across contingent and SOW engagements to deliver market-validated benchmarks on rates, markups, and supplier performance.
Insights are derived from actual bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms—not surveys or modeled estimates—ensuring accuracy you can act on.
Standardize and analyze workforce data across VMS, MSP, and SOW contracts to provide full visibility into spend, rate card adherence, and engagement structures.
With deep experience across enterprise workforce programs, Brightfield delivers consistent benchmarking, rate governance, and savings realization at scale.
Identify where SOW and staff augmentation models misalign risk—highlighting gaps in deliverables, rate structures, and supplier accountability.
