KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly, has partnered with Brightfield to bring TDX market intelligence directly into its Kelly Helix technology platform.
Kelly Helix users can now access Brightfield TDX without leaving the platform they already use to manage their extended workforce. Procurement and HR teams get workforce economics benchmarks, automated statement of work (SOW) analysis and stronger rate card management in one place.
The integration brings TDX capabilities such as on-demand market data, job title recommendations and SOW rate comparisons into the Helix interface, giving KellyOCG clients a clearer view of contingent labor costs and where savings can be found.
